307 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 307 platform. By registering or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below.
Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to all users accessing the 307 platform from Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by the 307 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and the 307 platform.
Users must meet the following requirements to be eligible to use the 307 platform:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority recognised under the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
- Not legally prohibited from participating in betting or online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Register as an individual and not as a representative of any entity or third party without prior written authorisation from 307 management.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the 307 platform immediately.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 307 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any existing balances.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. 307 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of your ID, proof of address, or bank account details for verification and withdrawal processing purposes.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 307 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 307 support team immediately through the official channels provided.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
307 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, attempts to manipulate the system, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Balances in accounts closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of the 307 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the gaming or transaction systems.
- Sharing account credentials, placing bets on behalf of others, or transferring balances between accounts without 307's authorisation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Distributing harmful or offensive content, or content that violates any applicable law, through communication channels within the platform.
307 employs monitoring technology to detect suspicious activity. Any breach of these rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension and, where necessary, legal proceedings.
Payments, Transactions & Limitation of Liability
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the 307 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via approved payment methods such as DuitNow, Boost, or internet banking will be credited to your account within the processing times stated on the platform's help page. 307 is not responsible for any charges imposed by third-party financial institutions in connection with such transactions.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account registered in the same user's name. 307 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the method selected and the user's VIP level.
Limitation of Liability
The 307 platform bears no liability for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings or service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond 307's control. 307's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the 307 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 307 or its content licensors. This content is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any content from the 307 platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 307 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. 307 accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site separately before sharing personal information.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
307 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without individual notice to each user. Material changes to the terms will be clearly indicated on this page along with the latest update date. Your continued use of the 307 platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
